UpJumpUpJump Website Privacy Notice

This notice covers this website, upjump.app. If you use the UpJump app at app.upjump.app, your account, campaigns, payments and content are covered by the UpJump Platform Privacy Policy, and the app's Terms of Service apply. Both are written to the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, the Saudi PDPL and, where it applies, the GDPR.
1. Who we are
UpJump operates a UGC marketplace connecting brands with creators in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Privacy questions and requests: privacy@upjump.app.
2. What this website collects
When you book a demo
Your name, work email, company, and, if you give them, your website, phone or WhatsApp number, monthly UGC budget range and any note, plus the slot you picked and the IP address of the request (to stop abuse). We use these only to arrange and run your demo and to follow up about it.
Earlier waitlist sign-ups
Before the app opened, people could join a waitlist with their name, email and either a creator niche and handle or a company and budget range. We keep those records only to tell you the app is open, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and button clicks. It does not use cookies, does not build a profile of you across sites, and we do not use it for advertising. We do not run advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
3. Who processes it for us
- Vercel — hosts this website and provides the analytics above.
- Supabase — hosts the database where demo requests are stored.
- Resend — delivers the demo confirmation emails.
They act on our instructions under contract and may process data outside your country, under the safeguards the law requires. We do not sell personal data.
4. How long we keep it
Demo requests: up to 24 months after the demo, unless you become a customer, in which case the Platform Privacy Policy applies. Waitlist records: until you ask us to delete them or 12 months after the app opened, whichever is sooner.
5. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent, by emailing privacy@upjump.app. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
6. Children
UpJump is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. Changes
If this notice changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
